• Accept responsibility for all activities that happen under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

NearMeCoffee is built to help people find great coffee spots. When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Post fake, misleading, or abusive cafe reviews and rating details.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or data mining tools without our permission.
• Attempt to disrupt site security, servers, or database connections.
• Impersonate another person, cafe owner, or NearMeCoffee representative.

4. Café Owner Terms

If you register a coffee shop as an owner or manager through our Owner Portal:

• You confirm that you own the cafe or are authorized to manage its online listing.
• You agree to keep operating hours, menu highlights, Wi-Fi details, and power socket information accurate and up to date.
• You grant NearMeCoffee a license to display your cafe name, photos, logo, and public details on our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, website design, text, code, logos, and custom graphics on NearMeCoffee are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

We work hard to verify cafe information, but coffee shop hours, Wi-Fi speeds, socket availability, and rules can change without notice. NearMeCoffee is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for inaccurate third-party cafe information, temporary site downtime, or unexpected cafe closures.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. When we make updates, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of NearMeCoffee after updates means you accept the revised terms.
